...s occurred....if I talk about job job security Vodafone is best place to work...i am earning good salary and every month getting better increment...i was getting better traveling allowances..if you want to sustain in Vodafone company you need innovation in each and every paramitor ....

Distributor Next month Activity stoped but Company pressure is very Bad ..... employee salary 30 to 40% every month Must be given By Hand....MNP(PORT) pressure very Bad , Totally Very Very Very Experience Now 2years to Till Now.... 2017 to 2022 Good management team, but Now Very Bad....this is genuine Feedback next is your if you believe it you believe it then do it....

High pressure for business no one understands your problem you have justified your role at any cost For customer issue query or feedback only store manager responsible if there is gap in cash management have to pay from own packets Month end every month Sunday working if your Target not achieved, Poor backend support Lot of complaints from customer Network issue . Almost everything is going wrong here, right from self developlment, manager appraisal, company culture and ethics gone at toss. Is business terms network service ia just pathetic in comparison to competitors but managers demand better sales with this kind of service.
