...llentThere is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

I feel dislike the vodafone service day by day working based on target and involve the field work.

1. Mostly support projects (L1, L2) 2. Limited opportunity to learn new things. 3. Lack of appreciation (even appreciation mail from Clients forwarded to manager, never sent to management)

They give on time salary and give good perks.

Dislikes

Ops Managers are not supportive. They pass their frustuation on TLs and same TL pass thir frustuation on executive. Even HR is also involved with Ops manager. They never behave like neutral decision.

Distributor Next month Activity stoped but Company pressure is very Bad ..... employee salary 30 to 40% every month Must be given By Hand....MNP(PORT) pressure very Bad , Totally Very Very Very Experience Now 2years to Till Now.... 2017 to 2022 Good management team, but Now Very Bad....this is genuine Feedback next is your if you believe it you believe it then do it....
