And coming to my TL .. always comparing with other teams and always pressure us to meet the target.... recently added sales too.. every day they are coming up with bulk of updates ..which no one even Clear about them.. because of my TL only I lose job.. arrogant and cunning TL

Culture is not good manager always talk about sales and in name of service there is nothing and by doing such kind of efforts they no encourage there employees and name of incentive there is nothing

When it comes to promotion you need skill plus recommendations. recommendation will work faster than skills when it comes to promotion, for salary there is a capping as per position which may vary person to person.
