Salary will be credited every month 27th..

No hr discussions..only Tl will handle everything..Even if we want to talk personally, tl will also join on that call. And coming to my TL .. always comparing with other teams and always pressure us to meet the target.... recently added sales too.. every day they are coming up with bulk of updates ..which no one even Clear about them.. because of my TL only I lose job.. arrogant and cunning TL

I don't like any policies from Vodafone.

Dislikes

The working environment is very bad and no job security and cheap politics within team. They allowed simply remove your job if you fail initial assessment
