Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

You will find great team here to work with. Best thing is manager.Very less salary growth. In terms of learning you will get training but very rare. HR department is strong so in case any problem take support from HR. Discuss with manager. Work life balance is good. You can enjoy.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. sometimes,I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Ops Managers are not supportive. They pass their frustuation on TLs and same TL pass thir frustuation on executive. Even HR is also involved with Ops manager. They never behave like neutral decision.
