All companies have good and bad points ....here you will have standard deduction of bonus from your salary and paid basis on your performance and if you leave before payoff of bonus, you will not get that money

The team I work is for Ireland chat process which is pathetic. team leaders are not at all understanding and there is no work life balance. No professionalism at all. Worst environament I've ever seen. Never ever come for ireland chat process.

...ing favouritism towards north state people 3.notice period for onroll 90days 4.for salary hike kind of things never will be implemented based on work 5. Low salary scale person may leave company because they never try to increase pay scale of employee when discussion arraises 6.night shift allowances just 200 7.Never try to teach other employee when issue arraises

No hr discussions..only Tl will handle everything..Even if we want to talk personally, tl will also join on that call. And coming to my TL .. always comparing with other teams and always pressure us to meet the target.... recently added sales too.. every day they are coming up with bulk of updates ..which no one even Clear about them.. because of my TL only I lose job.. arrogant and cunning TL
