Nothing bad about the co to talk about, it's a highly professional organisation. Just bcoz of the manipulative competition and errors in the earlier govt policies the industry and a world class org had to suffer.

Good team member employees all good.Salary on time.so much to learn. good work environment.

Company good for only on roll employee, the don't care off roll employee. increment not happen in last 3 year's. Facility not good. HR team also not so reliable.

When you worked with the management who supported the ideology of regionalism , self centric, partiality and favouritism. So there is nothing to talk about likes. It's all about India Management. Yes, I have worked with and for India and Egypt teams, both.

Dislikes

...penalized the employee financially or mentally. 3. Favouritism and Partiality 4. Wrong financial practices by Management, either it's disbursement of gifts and reward money or performance yearly bonus. 5. Partiality in company funded trainings 6. Abusive and false language used by management 7. Threats on personal and professional level 8. HRBP is there to shut up your words by hook or crook. 9. Regionality and biased over professionalism. These are some severe points. However incidents and behavioral list is long.

The environment and support is on top like they are ready to support you in any situation. No approval are required for leave and it can be any leave planned leave, sick leave or casual leave. Team management is 10 on 10

Dislikes

Appraisal are not as expectations and compensation is the only thing to cry on else everything is amazing

Good work culture. worl-life balance easily managable. yearly salary hike is above the average of market.

Dislikes

less chances for skill development. you will be stuck on one tech/platform. you have to wait for long for the promotions.
