Salary will be credited every month 27th..

No hr discussions..only Tl will handle everything..Even if we want to talk personally, tl will also join on that call. And coming to my TL .. always comparing with other teams and always pressure us to meet the target.... recently added sales too.. every day they are coming up with bulk of updates ..which no one even Clear about them.. because of my TL only I lose job.. arrogant and cunning TL

When you worked with the management who supported the ideology of regionalism , self centric, partiality and favouritism. So there is nothing to talk about likes. It's all about India Management. Yes, I have worked with and for India and Egypt teams, both.

...penalized the employee financially or mentally. 3. Favouritism and Partiality 4. Wrong financial practices by Management, either it's disbursement of gifts and reward money or performance yearly bonus. 5. Partiality in company funded trainings 6. Abusive and false language used by management 7. Threats on personal and professional level 8. HRBP is there to shut up your words by hook or crook. 9. Regionality and biased over professionalism. These are some severe points. However incidents and behavioral list is long.

...s can manipulate an impact their direct subordinates to settle personal grudges. The International customer operations do not pay you much for the amount of work that they ask you to do. Care Vodafone is not the right place to work. The work pressure and stress is just too much to bear
