Very good company to work, specially before merger of Vodafone with idea. Salary growth is good before merger. But now in days very less increments. Promotion chances are very little.

1. Mostly support projects (L1, L2) 2. Limited opportunity to learn new things. 3. Lack of appreciation (even appreciation mail from Clients forwarded to manager, never sent to management)

Salary is giving on time and will get an opportunity as an lead for handle workpressure

Dislikes

Work pressure is there and no job security and no work life banlance and they are using own selenium based tool not using eclipse most of projects.

Getting salary on every 28th You can take leave any time without permission but need plan the leaves

Team events are very rear Team Lunch once in a year No team bonding activities Huge workload every time You will be on same position for many years like 4 to 6 years you can't expect promotion

...ithout seat belt or helmet you'll get first warning which is valid for one year. In that period you will not get any promotion or salary hike. And if you are caught without seat belt of helmet second time then you'll be fired from the company.
