...nd management is transparent. gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies good. appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent and career growth is very slow. There is a bond of 1.6 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Taking about the vodafone, training is supper. Salary, work environment and job security are good.

The pressure is very high by RM and owner. I have to work 11 to 13 hours straight in a day and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strength which is why I have to take my suggestions. There is on job traning for fresher but but these are no use in VMS.

Ops Managers are not supportive. They pass their frustuation on TLs and same TL pass thir frustuation on executive. Even HR is also involved with Ops manager. They never behave like neutral decision.

Distributor Next month Activity stoped but Company pressure is very Bad ..... employee salary 30 to 40% every month Must be given By Hand....MNP(PORT) pressure very Bad , Totally Very Very Very Experience Now 2years to Till Now.... 2017 to 2022 Good management team, but Now Very Bad....this is genuine Feedback next is your if you believe it you believe it then do it....

office environment is good. You have the opportunity to learn from your seniors. Good training provided

Dislikes

Their salary is paid on 15 days cycle basis. You work for a month then your salary will be paid for 15 days. Upon working on the next month in middle of the month you will receive your balance 15 days salary.
