Their salary is paid on 15 days cycle basis. You work for a month then your salary will be paid for 15 days. Upon working on the next month in middle of the month you will receive your balance 15 days salary.

Have to work even after 6 pm and ON SUNDAYS AS WELL, no upskilling, no promotion, no salary raise, divide and rule, toxic corporate culture, hard work going unnoticed, only flattery promoted

Almost everything is going wrong here, right from self developlment, manager appraisal, company culture and ethics gone at toss. Is business terms network service ia just pathetic in comparison to competitors but managers demand better sales with this kind of service.

No planning on new site deployment, only pressure to achieve Target . Some time need to spent money from own pocket to deliver the monthly Target. Management showing carring attitude but in real life they are just pushing you back with political behaviour.

Vodafone is the worst company to work, it is not employee friendly company. HR policy is just terrible, there is no job security and full of buttering/Oiling.
