It has been an great learning experience Vodafone being my First Company to work with, I got to know about the market culture and working process which helped me to grow professionally.

Dislikes

I didn't any holidays, I had to work even on national holidays, I had to pay multiple times with my own salary for the losses ,distributor occurred during his payout. Traveling for 100-150 km daily killed my personal life totally, and working for 12-16 hours of field work made me unhealthy both mentally and physically.

Company pays you a decent salary at the end of the month but it puts on thrice the workload in comparison to the competition.

Dislikes

Illogical Pressure, Huge area to work upon, Human Resources don't take your issues seriously at all. Overall poor work culture. Less or no number of subordinates to do work effectively and efficiently.

Excellent The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

...no work life balance, they always push you unnecessarily and gives you workload. They don't have any proper management, everyday they change in the process and also faced salary issue. Without reason salary used to be deducted.

Less work, so less pressure, work-life balance. Salary offered is decent at all levels.

Dislikes

People seem to be working on Teams and Outlook only. Difficult to install new software requires a chain of approvals, difficult to learn new tech, it feels like a govt job, disappointing management, below average tech skills of employees.
