Low salary scale person may leave company because they never try to increase pay scale of employee when discussion arraises 6.night shift allowances just 200 7.Never try to teach other employee when issue arraises

1.No benefit for employee about Salary 2. In notice period not give for PLA this is worst rule(actually i was submitted in resignation April,29,2023 in my last working day July,26,2023 so im not eligible PLA but march 31,2023 academic year completed my performance calculated already then why not provide in my PLA,second point if i was put resignation already your point of view im not eligiple PLA mean why detect in my PLA amount?) 3. Increment not benefit those who are experienced in VIL 4. Need employee meeting yearly once

It's good allover but need to give salary hike work culture was employees were very helpful and good while working with them....

Salary part needs to be added I mean should pay good figure to the employees...more over we worked on contract bases so basic facilities need to be provided.

It is a good place for people who don't want to grow in there life, because there is nothing to learn or develop skills. Work life balance is good compare to other telecom operators.

Dislikes

Fraud policies of HR, they can do anything to stop your salary or incentives. Office politics is on higher side, people are having ego more than professionalism.

Not so good work environment but teammates are very supportive.

Cafeteria is just for name sake.growth is zero since 3 years and variable component percentage is very high in salary package. No salary hike since 2018
