Dislikes

Less chance of getting promoted. New joiners will always have higher package than you. This creates disparity among the employees. Company should look after internal talent to resolve this disparity

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

... about working at an ABG company is that they treat their employees as an asset. The work life balance is good but salary is meagre. So it depends from person to person what they expect. Overall idea is a decent company to start your career with.

...no work life balance, they always push you unnecessarily and gives you workload. They don't have any proper management, everyday they change in the process and also faced salary issue. Without reason salary used to be deducted.

People seem to be working on Teams and Outlook only. Difficult to install new software requires a chain of approvals, difficult to learn new tech, it feels like a govt job, disappointing management, below average tech skills of employees.
