Overall experience is good and I learned technical skills and learned new things about industry atmosphere... Working environment was not good because there management environment not good and local politics

Dislikes

Training period was starting its goods & job security was good but salary was not satisfying these job... Because job duty time more and work more and some tomes I'm doing extra time duty... Thats why salary not satisfactory

Work culture, specially For Nagpur Branch, the BM claims for every good thing despite zero efforts from him.BM play lot of politics with team members, he claims for every order, collection and so on. If u want work for Nagpur branch, don't join unless BM Mr amar Singh is there. He has very bad reputation in market . Not single channel partner allow him to come to there office. He gave false commitment to every dealer without any authority. He have strong opinions regarding company HR policy. He said my branch my rule.he harras every team member,and favours to his buddy.He Denise any recognition to local festival/ election and so on.he even have objection on company' s TA/ DA policy.

Timely salary and open discussion on compensation structure and benefits at the time of joining.

Dislikes

Higher management is skillful but the thoughts and culture is not transmitting to the lower level. Huge gap between lower level employee and management. Avoiding actual facts and ground level understanding.

Company helped all employees during lock down period a lot. No salary deduction.

Dislikes

HR is not at all employee friendly. Old employees are leaving. Company is more focus on hiring new employees with huge salary. Work life balance is 0 in this company

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Career growth is slow.
