... with HR, No need to apply seperation letter, No need to work on paper period... Soo easy, but you will never get salary easily then separation.. And one more thing, If SM decided to terminate you, They can & They will do it for sure. And same for attandance And this is the power of SM.. I'm not accusing the whole company, I'm just accusing the system. Terms & condition are well & good but no one is following & no one was letting me to follow the terms and condition. These was happened to me... My last working day is 30-11-2022, today is 31-01-2023... Till now my final settlement/last month salary was not credited.. And HR may not know about my seperation reason.. I think sooo... Soo these are the problems I faced... All are my experience and my opinion only...

They give on time salary and give good perks.

Dislikes

Ops Managers are not supportive. They pass their frustuation on TLs and same TL pass thir frustuation on executive. Even HR is also involved with Ops manager. They never behave like neutral decision.

Distributor Next month Activity stoped but Company pressure is very Bad ..... employee salary 30 to 40% every month Must be given By Hand....MNP(PORT) pressure very Bad , Totally Very Very Very Experience Now 2years to Till Now.... 2017 to 2022 Good management team, but Now Very Bad....this is genuine Feedback next is your if you believe it you believe it then do it....

Their salary is paid on 15 days cycle basis. You work for a month then your salary will be paid for 15 days. Upon working on the next month in middle of the month you will receive your balance 15 days salary.
