*Lack of communication with HR & Other superior, the SM. *Stressful... Target pressure *Encouraging, Force and False selling.. *Encouraging, not disclosing product information to customer.. *you will never understand the terms & condition, because it will be flexible & differ from one employee to other employee *If you want to seperate from this company, that is so simple & easy, no need to do nothing. No one & one session with HR, No need to apply seperation letter, No need to work on paper period... Soo easy, but you will never get salary easily then separation.. And one more thing, If SM decided to terminate you, They can & They will do it for sure. And same for attandance And this is the power of SM.. I'm not accusing the whole company, I'm just accusing the system. Terms & condition are well & good but no one is following & no one was letting me to follow the terms and condition. These was happened to me... My last working day is 30-11-2022, today is 31-01-2023... Till now my final settlement/last month salary was not credited.. And HR may not know about my seperation reason.. I think sooo... Soo these are the problems I faced... All are my experience and my opinion only......Read More
