I had expected at that time for increasement in my salary amount but due to I was under graduate it couldn't be possible. Work environment is very good in this company where you can not only learn about how to handle customers but also you can learn about the experience and extra things beyond your expectations if you wants to grow yourself.

Culture is not good manager always talk about sales and in name of service there is nothing and by doing such kind of efforts they no encourage there employees and name of incentive there is nothing

Getting salary on every 28th You can take leave any time without permission but need plan the leaves

Team events are very rear Team Lunch once in a year No team bonding activities Huge workload every time You will be on same position for many years like 4 to 6 years you can't expect promotion

Overall good company and allows employees to work in flexible shifts during work from home. Good appraisals and hike compared to other companies

Work load is very high.... Company is going much towards cost cutting and automations due to which employees are under huge pressure
