Company environment is good no doubt time to time salary transferd in bank......in this company not working like a team that is work individual it's comptitor to other retail store

Every month added sales target there total 15 product sold there per day 5easc means 5*15 product u have to sold there total 75product sales every time audit and if u defaulter in any kpi then meet with seniors and they gave warning letter + all incentive deduct for a month that is most important for employees and walk in and customer issues so many comes there every time rush in store and store timing 12hrs working many times

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees
