Poor management , manager is micromanaging always , salary increments are poor, promotions are given to near and dear ones and not on basis of performance or quality of work

Likes

- Good place if you want to have *no work* kind of vibes. - Restrictions are comparatively low than other companies. - Micromanagement is minimal.

Dislikes

- Salary offered is pretty low. - Appraisals are poor. - If you get assigned into multi-national project, be prepared to face discrimination from on-site team members(especially UK based)

I got very good & supporting team in Vodafone India LTD. As per salary/appraisal concern, last year my experience is unsatisfactory. Lots of new things are to be implemented in regular basis.

No Salary/appraisal in last year.

Well it has a lot many good things to say about VOIS but mostly it's yearly salary increments & no mass firing of employees policy.

Dislikes

It's not about the company but manager have less interest for old employees.

There is job security, management is good, there are enough leaves.

Dislikes

Annual salary hike should be higher as it motivates employees to work harder; You don't have much choice in shifting your job domain, so less growth; for example, I wanted to shift to N/w engg from app dev but no opportunity was given on request.
