Here shift timing was good, 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am. My shift timing was morning shift.

Dislikes

Salary deducted every month without any prior notice. When i left this job from fraazo i didn't get my salary. Worst experience.

Tuesday i had words with VP that we are secure and on very next friday we got a call only a statement - we are laying off ops from ncr and a silence.. it was hardly a 30sec calls.. i mean no good words no motivation nothing.. worst company to work

Nothing HR has no manner to start conversation with greetings she was like haan bolo kya kaam hai.. worst worst worst

Had an terrible experience with the company, no one in the company behaves in a professional way, no proper planning for decisions is done. Sudden layoff was announced without any prior intimidation, a lot of staff has suffered due to their mis management, the boast of being a tech company but they never had proper tech in their any process. The whole process was manual and caused a lot of issues

Its very horrible time i have ever seen or felt in my whole career , The management team and HR is shit here , no proper process and no value for On role employees , They have no SOP s to sustain , Worst experience in my life career

No training or induction made for us , no work timings, especially the HR team here is very irresponsible , they doesnt know who are working and who have left the organization , its very odd process , continous phone calls which irritates and make our personal and family life worst, No proper response from manangement team , No value for delivery executives , they are zero % worried about them

I didn't find the proper process of work flow and all interconnected relationship and no value for Hard working people,. No respect and even HR team Also don't know the proper process to handle the manpower Evey one miss lead there responsibilities
