The company lacks live projects, offers no clear appraisal structure, and job security is uncertain, with terminations potentially happening by the end of the day. There is little room for discussion, as management decisions are final. I wouldn't recommend this company-consider exploring better opportunities elsewhere.

Nothing. Just they were crediting salary on time only.

6 day week with no projects. Repeating tasks because there were no projects and learnings. If you are taking leaves they will mark LOP even if you have leaves. You cant talk to colleagues. it was a school. unprofessional HR department and seniors (including CEO)

If you are working in a consultant role, they will pay below industry standards, but they will expect you to serve a very long notice period like permanant employees. Also, you will never get relieving letter or full and final settlement. Many employees have come to the office after completing the notice period and have cried. They still haven't given them the required documents.
