As I am Non - Voice chat processing agent. They knows all the needs of each agent and helps us to improve. All higher authorities of this company like HR, Team Leader, Team management, Quality analyst, Trainer and Shift manager are the most helpfull for all executive agents. No any wages delay. I am proud to work with VMG BPO as my first career growth.

They are not at all supportive, in fact fired almost 30% of total staff during this tough time, all worked from home, not paying any salary to people in probation.

I like that I got a shift to wok in during my most comfortable time. I worked night shifts for 7 years in US technical support process, and when asked for day shifts, it took some time but was moved to day time. I joined as a junior agent and was promoted to senior agent in 1 year and shift supervisor and mentor in 2 years. I found the admin staff to be very helpful. There is regidity about work timings and work quality, but then we also had performance bonus for a few years. Even when businesses were closing every where, I have continued to work from home, safely even during deadly covid. The management explained everything before I joined - the payment system, TDS, eligibility for TDS refund. I have seen agents been asked to leave because they did not maintain performance level. I have recommended a few of my relatives and friends to join the team. Some of them got selected and are very happy. I also like the fact that I can call anyone in the admin team at any time of the day and they will attend my call, even the seniormost manager.

VMG has different teams working in it for different processes. I wish every team was as lucky as mine. I do not like working all 7 days of the week, but then I also get leaves whenever I ask for them. And after 7 years, I am used to working all days in fixed shifts. My hometown does not have any other international bpo that gives regular work from home work with regular payments. VMG BPO did both for me. Downside is that I work as a freelancer so miss out on PF and other benefits. But, then it was explained that I am working as a freelancer with regular shifts, regular work and regular payments. Ultimately, it was an informed choice. Nothing was hidden while hiring.

This company is not even registered and is a scam. There are a total of 10 people as employees working in a one-room setup. There is nothing called an administration department or any specified department. The HR and TL work according to their will, and personal favouritism is a major issue here which no one is bothered about. They make their own policies, especially when it comes to money deduction. while working here, I felt like working in some tailoring shop here one aunty is sitting and working as per her wish there is no guidelines or rules followed here. If you are the senior's favourite, they will favour you and if not can make your life hell. I think such illegal companies where the employees are not even paid PF and not given proper compensation should be blacklisted.
