Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

There is no option to rate 0, so giving 1 to complete the review. There is no job security and it's complete toxic work culture. From top management to middle management all are irresponsible and they show complete partiality and will fire anyone at any moment without proper reason, if you question them and inform them that you will file a complaint they will terminate your employment and talk with your colleagues and ask them to give complaint about you so that they can document it and use it against you. They don't know the value of employees, and they just keep only the people who butter them and keep spying....This is the worst company I have ever seen so far. Don't risk your career by joining this company, they will ruin the carrer of people whom they don't like.

Work culture is so toxic. Top Management and HR work only for their favourite and won't even respond to others even after several follow up.
