My shift timings were 10-6pm but center pressurize me to work more.when i try to talk to her about my resignation she abruptly cut conversation she even hold my salary for that month,she didnt even let me talk to higher authority of vlcc but at last i got to know they all are playing politics.she tortured me mentally everyday me ,she was clearly asking me to resign.she unnecessarily ask me to go to other centers.After 4 months of mental torture and abuse i resigned. I had to suffer a lot during this time. AND ONE MORE THING IM A NORTH INDIAN AND GAYATRI WANTS SOMEONE WHO CAN SPEAK KANNADA ALTHOUGH I WAS LEARNING KANNADA BUT…

...st) Mumbai, have not paid a penney from month of March'2020 to the employees . It has been 7 months and no response on giving the salary, on top of it they just focus on sales and no service. Despite of working in the Covid situation. When we needed them the most this is what we got from them, Worst experience for the employees working with this organisation.

If there would less 1 star i would've chosen that. Despite being a loyal n being so dedicated towards work they don't respect the efforts and are not giving the salary from the month of March2020. Depth with heavy emi's still Vlcc management don't bother about giving the employees their own salary they asking for. Despite working in the covid situation no respect to the employees efforts n time.

Nothing to like about the company they cheat the employees and thier clients too by using cheap products in branded containers.

Dont give salary, incentives are not released for months even after releasing than they dont have money.No appreciation for anything you do, and have to work till midnight at month end.

Such a Cheap and money minded organisation 1.Horrible work culture no respect and every one is pushed to do sales so service given to client is not focused. They make sure all employees target one client so no harmony in work place. 2. Salary never given on time they deducted PF but no UAN number was made fraudulent on money 3. Long working hours no proper offs month ends again off cannot be taken. Even if you are sick leaves are not granted. 4. 365 dats also its opened no work life balance or any benefits. 5. Nobody is trained fr wat dey are hired . 6. Lot of favouritism especially for North Indians. 7. Even if you are a Masters u ll be made to distribute phamplets vouchers outside malls.
