The company is recently acquired by Firmenich and the policies are being implemented. People are being treated with respect. Very positive work environment.

In some cases, people driven approach should be replaced with process driven approach. Also, the PMS system needs complete change over.

No interesting things to explain. Only time passing and hatasmental job. Bad work culture. No transparency during appraisal.

Very bad company Manegment at plant level. They only abusing employee. stopped your career growth. Harassment level is very high. Always comparison upper and lower grade to degrade employee.

Flat hierarchy, approachable colleagues, good stability.

Products development is very poor, increments are on face value, though HR looks great but hardly they practice same rules for all. Hope things improve with time.

Family oriented culture, MD himself sets examples on highly conscious employee wellbeing... All employees and casuals were taken care during lock down in all means

Dislikes

Few functions trying to encroach to relatively thier less competent areas and trying establish something which is not all giving any value to the organization as well as employees.They try this to create with a positive intention, but in reality it is other way round

Because I Don't want more time for traveling,it's just 10 min. And I had an experience to carry the work loads like targets of productivity and manpower managing.

Dislikes

We have no spare technician for adjusting shift operations and breakfast,lunch time managing is poor.
