...t's it Working environment should be good and management is not proper there . According to me we can't enhance skills and main thing is that with salary not satisfying they increased your salary in 1 years maximum 500 to 700 Rs then after they cut the increments also . So According to me the overall experience is not good the overall things should be in proper manner . Since covid we don't get any increments , in work from home facilities we don't get any wifi , internet charges facilty , and compensation. Thanks

This company hires anyone,if they have even little knowledge of English.i dont know if it's a good thing or bad.but yes,you won't have a problem finding job here .

Lot of politics involved and the management doesn't address our issues.lots of corruption involved,and you could see that in the salary, salary is not good.

The most dislike factors is they r people hold the salary to a little little thinks and salary is also low compression to work and they r not accepted resignation when the amploy want and office politics also

Good to work here at initial level to development skill and learning, nice place to work for a fresher

...oes not provide extra benefit like insurance, leaves and one think that company keep a amount from employee salary and provide after completing a year

I agree that the vkalp provides employment opportunity but misbehaving with the staff is not right and blaming someone without knowing the reason is not right at all.
