...nd of the shift they take briefings. Most importantly salary didnt come on time.at the time of salary date we has to ask for salary then the HR and manager and client everyone plays blame game. When I have start work in Viztar International company it was cool and going happy, but after 7-8 months there start problem in getting salary almost 2-3 months late. On 25th July 2021 they transfer me in there other company BWW GLOBAL till 31th April 2022. then on 28 April 2022 they send me mail that they have put me on bench for 3 months, means they have remove me, it ok but after that they should clear all my balance salary with them. till today they have not relist my 3 months salary and also my TDs refund is pending for A.Y 2022-2023. And when I am contacting to CEO Mr.Sachin Adhikari and Mr. Chaitanya Savant sir, they are not replying me, and now telling me to contact CEO of BWW GLOBAL company Mr.Amit Tipnis, he is not taking my call. and why should I contact Amit Tipnis sir. I have appointed by Chaitanya Savant sir. I dont know who is Amit Tipnis sir. so first company in my life getting very bad experiences.
