It has a good township.

Dislikes

1) work discipline is very bad. Basically the person who works very hard and a person who does not work get the same salary. 2) hard work is not properly rewarded. 3) HR policies are very bad. 4) if you are politically connected, you get transferred to a comfortable department of your choice. 5) castism and regionalism politics are very high. 6) no skill development for deserving employees. 7) employees are not groomed for higher management roles.

Vizag is good city to work and settle. It has beautiful township, luxurious greenery, clean and pollution free township.

Salary is less, No bonus has been given in last 10 years. Monotonous job, very less learning and no career growth. 6 days working- i hate it most. No motivation to give your best, even if you give your best- no regards ronit by your seniors.

Salary is cutting, salary is not getting in time. No promotion, employees frightened for job security due product reduced upto 50 percent. Employees are migrating due to job security. No bonus, No PRP, No future prediction.

Family facing acute health conditions other than place of posting, cannot be compensated and have to struggle for settling from two different placing for family is in metro under rent agreement and self in other city with HRA.
