As it is a PSU, Work Life balance is good , Job security is there. Pay is also decent and good. Company has a good & big Township with vast number of trees ,greenery, having various schools(6), parks, play grounds, walking track , skating , badminton court, indoor stadium, hockey ground and a big hospital . Company provides house accommodation ie.,company quarter. , which are old but liveable. Company provides medical facility and also had tie up with prominent hospitals for referrals . Those who want a peaceful life, without any major career aspirations will like the company.

Dislikes

...sibility. Decision making is very slow.Company is Incurring losses since 2016. Due to which pay revision not done for executives that was due since 2017. No scope for career growth & development for aspiring ,talented & hard working individuals. All employees of same grade, who work & perform and those who do not work & perform receive the same pay.

Environment is greenery. Support callegue . Appreciating for smart work and hard working.

Dislikes

Salary is cutting, salary is not getting in time. No promotion, employees frightened for job security due product reduced upto 50 percent. Employees are migrating due to job security. No bonus, No PRP, No future prediction.

It has a good township.

Dislikes

1) work discipline is very bad. Basically the person who works very hard and a person who does not work get the same salary. 2) hard work is not properly rewarded. 3) HR policies are very bad. 4) if you are politically connected, you get transferred to a comfortable department of your choice. 5) castism and regionalism politics are very high. 6) no skill development for deserving employees. 7) employees are not groomed for higher management roles.

its a government job. salary and health benefits are good. you are fully compensated for any misfortune events. promotion is fixed and on time. great city to live in, it has avery neat and clean comoany township.

working environment is not good. continuous exposure to heat and pollution. very less increment.

Client(VSP) is okay but Nagarjuna Engineering Construction management is waste.

Dislikes

No appreciation for Hard working people.No salary hikes.Late and irregular salary credit dates.No recognition for senior and talented people
