Job security as it is a PSU, work culture is not good, union and staffs co-operate less, Management always load off maximum work to sincere employees and others enjoy with the same benefits. By the way a clean, new and technologically advance steel plant with very nice township best among all steel PSUs.

A stress-free working system prevails in this steel plant.Greenness and cleanliness of the environment is given first priority.There is a good atmosphere between the officer and the worker.Quarters are in good condition with all facilities.
