Best part is they provide free meals evrything else is worst there. Opaque founder employee relationships, no job security and peak politics. They don't value culture and their people.

Benefits wise company is good. Except Hr head otherwise nice company.

If ur joining in HR team, pls don't join hr head is very worst. Very partial to male employees. Being women leader she don't prefer female in her team. She won't talk to employees always in meeting room. If your male then you will have growth otherwise your work will not appreciated.

1. Scope for development of an individual since nothing is established as proper process. 2. You got to find out new ways for solving a different issue which keeps coming up because of a new process /product 3. Easily access to top management

1. Importance to process is not at all taken seriously . 2. Lot of stuff to be handled for a very lean team structure 3. Very less work life balance 4. Remote work is seemed to be encouraged by top management in common mails but team heads always want people to be in the office 5. Recognition for the work is not given rather they make the employees feel they should do more even after working for crazy hours and deliver 6. On paper training is given . No real care for the employee's growth 7. We got to work whenever they need. Doesn't matter if it is a Sunday , personal holiday etc.
