Politics and favourism wins end. No matter how much skilled and hard working if the design head does not likes you personally he will put in pip manipulates with the management as less performer. Misguides the team and the management with his old school design, if you give sugestions and ideas then his game starts you will be on his spectrum and be targeted. He is good at fabricating things with management.

Benefits wise company is good. Except Hr head otherwise nice company.

If ur joining in HR team, pls don't join hr head is very worst. Very partial to male employees. Being women leader she don't prefer female in her team. She won't talk to employees always in meeting room. If your male then you will have growth otherwise your work will not appreciated.
