...t this company Working is 3 post. 1.Team leader 2.Training on VBA 3.Branding If any work little beat incomplete he punished by deducted your salary part day by day 200,500. 1.working time Morning 10 on clock started & Evening 10:00-10:30. 2.All companys are give 4 week on in 1 month but this company not provide sometimes months get 1_2 off. He can not increased ur salary his comapny some employee's descreased last companys CTC.

Vivo is a good company and the salary and other benefits are extremely good. Teammates are supportive. You will get the stress taking skill and u will learn patience.

Dislikes

As it has sub branches in every region the administration from the head office is very difficult. The internal managerial people in sub branches are worst. They are not supportive they will not encourage. Just to save their jobs they will push down their team members. As a sales team one should forget his family just to work for vivo. Honest feedback the managerial and the internal people who must appraise and train the team members only will push down us .
