Viviid is a good pay master and there are annual appraisals which are done religiously Year on Year basis for promoting and motivating employees. Viviid is currently having one the big Wind & Solar Projects both in PSU and Private IIP sector & also Viviid is having a Copenhagen Investment Partner tie up for executing 1800 Mw project in India.

Due to some incompetent baggage , Viviid sometimes have to face issues at Project activities , so in order to improve Viviid need good hands on ground.

This company awards you freedom of work and provides ample of opportunities to grow as a person. This is much of an institution for growth and prosperity.
