• All aspects related to turn-key EPC - engineering, procurement and construction of Solar & Wind projects, till the execution of projects for the Karnataka region.
• Budget & Cost Control: -Develop & Manage the project Budgets, Control Costs, & Implement the cost saving measures.
• Risk Management: Identify the potential risks and develop a mitigation plan to prevent project delays and unforeseen challenges.
• Market analysis, research, budgeting and development of effective business strategies
• Head Land, construction, execution of Solar & Wind Power plant and manage all projects to target schedule, cost and performance.
• Environmental & Sustainability Focus: - Incorporate sustainability & Environmental best Practices into project planning & Execution.
• Vendors Development, Land acquisition, Wind & Solar Hybrid Infrastructure Development, PSS Construction, EHV Construction, Road Development, Site selection etc.
• Manpower planning to ensure that COD is not impacted.
• All WTG components material follow up & ensuring for Installation activities smooth progress
• Ability to effectively work with the company's engineers and project managers to ensure customers' needs are met.
• To ensure that the project is delivered on Schedule with high quality and within the required cost.
• Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst the team of almost 30 -40 members while managing multiple projects in Karnataka.
• Audit to be conducted at site and ensure execution excellence in each project. Budgeting and cost work out to effectively utilize resources. Task Planning and time and Budget forecast.
• Ascertain the safety of all site activities. Control local and project-related issues at sites.
• Communicated with stakeholders, including clients and project managers.

The Successful Applicant

• B.E./B.Tech is Mandatory with >20 years of work experience in Projects and Engineering
• The candidate must know Kannada language- to read, write and speak.
• Leadership, Excellent Project Management and results-oriented skills, Technical Trainer
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
• Experience of Hybrid plants (Solar & Wind) would be preferred
• Great communication and presentation skills
