Viviid is currently having one the big Wind & Solar Projects both in PSU and Private IIP sector & also Viviid is having a Copenhagen Investment Partner tie up for executing 1800 Mw project in India.

Due to some incompetent baggage , Viviid sometimes have to face issues at Project activities , so in order to improve Viviid need good hands on ground.

Company culture and management is good. very co operative to learn new skills.

About salary - Monthly salary not given properly to employees , they have credied they are own time. employees are very sturggling to their own committments because of salary.

I hv been working with the group since last 8 years. During my tenure the work culture/ environment, work life balance was adequate. This company awards you freedom of work and provides ample of opportunities to grow as a person. This is much of an institution for growth and prosperity. Lastly, the salaries at par with the peers in the industry and YES on time.
