...evel management is incapable to solve administrative and finance related issues. There are various institutes managed and control by VES Trust but salary structure is having big variance for same position for same work profile. Those persons are junior than many seniors are drawing higher salary than their senior fellows of other institutes without having capability. Principal's and directors are much more dominating. Real condition of lower level and middle level staff is very bad. Clerical staff is below level salaried. VES POLYTECHNIC staff is always received degraded treatment in every aspect.
