No work life balance. CEO expects us to have a working life just like army or doctors. So weekend working and late night working is way too common. Management doesn't know to handle projects. There is no concept of requirement freeze and developers are always held at gunpoint for management mistakes.

Nothing to like about this company, they treat software developers as "s-l-a-v-e-s", 5 days office, work from office (10-6) then you need to work from home every single day, still if you are not able to complete their unreal expectations then you need to work on weekend also.

Didn't liked anything here, I would request people not to join this org at any cost/compensation if you need respect and mental peace.

Worst company in every aspect. No empathy for anyone. Really cheap managment. Micro management at its peak, toxicest management. The only thing HR department is good at is applying leaves even for the days you work .No employee benefit. Worst work culture and No work life balance, they clearly ask you to work 12-14 hours every day even on weekend and they have stupid things like "active time".Managment and manager have no proper work to do they just look at the door like a security guard when everyone comes and goes. No clear terms and conditions for leaves.

It is a growing Consulting company for Pharma regulatory changes mainly supporting change requests from Health authorities related to pharmacovigilance.

Dislikes

No proper planning on projects and future of company. No job security. Management and HR take decisions over night without including associates.

There was a QA director called she was horrible and she was doing favouritism, there was no interaction with other QA members except her favourite person Rithu who came from same ex company. Good that they both left this organisation now..
