Management is not helpful. No work life balance. Especially on-site management is very tough and giving pressure. No peace. Automation (ART) here is very challenging and management forcibly assign the automation work to the resources

They are only good with old employees. They only take freshers and experienced people face a lot of issues especially with product team They don't give KT's and especiits a product based company. How one cn know about their product and its work. There are lot of wrong things

Tech stack is not good. It’s a pretty old tech stack. Migration of applications have already been started by top level teams but it will take some time to carry forward to all the teams in the company.

Main dislike is No work life balance ..you have to work morning to night 12 sometime ..still they wont satify with work ...work expection is more you have to stay long hours to meet their expectation....the thing now is if you are money minded and willing to work without life balnce .this is the correct place.but if looking for work life balnce then this is not correct place
