For a fresher it’s a great company. There’s is a huge scope for learning in various fields. There is good production team. BLDC Motor division is doing so good, the team has got a good appreciation from ISRO TRIVANDRUM. There is more than 40+ CNC machines both machining centre and turning centre. Overall the company is good.

Company is not working with the latest technology. Company has to take the support of software to increase the productivity.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
