Avoid this company. In less salary they want to get all the work done. People will scream at you, when you don't do the work and insult you in team meeting Directors have no manners.

It was a nightmare working at Vistra ITCL BKC office. Only those who are thick skinned and have no self respect would be a cultural fit to this terrible company. Pathetic work culture as employees are not considered as human beings. You have to stretch everyday, the company rewards and encourage late sitting. If you come and leave on time, they consider you to be a bad employee and they are going to hate you. But If you come to office late and you sit till late even though you have put in some productive hours, you are a superb employee. That's the culture. They will try to make your work on weekends and most holidays. Very very difficult to get leaves. They will ask personal questions if you ask for a leave. And if you refuse to work on weekends, you are their target for hatred and absolutely rude behaviour. Not working on holidays is not an option. Most chances are your manager is thinking of you as a slave. Again that's the culture. This experience affected my mental health.

Very good Leave Policy, Home loan subsidy and other perks like Cafeteria, Free Transportation from Stations to BKC Office, Mobile Bill reimbursement, Mediclaim, 30 Paid Leaves annually, every Weekend Off, Work from Home.

Dislikes

Head of Departments are not very supportive and often load you with extra responsibilities. In Spite of KRA defined at the beginning of each year, you are always asked to do extra work of other teams. Some employees are over burnden and some employees are having very less responsibilities.

The company is average. I somewhere feel i like nothing of this company as everything needs improvement here

No career growth. No proper higher authorities. They don't give a damn to whatever u do good for the company. Appraisal are just a sheet of paper which floats like a waste paper. No friendly environment, you feel caged. Pantry is dirty. No proper food. Office boys are king then us, as they are pets
