No Promotion even you perform best and lots of office politics for promotion and if you do some outstanding work for client where client apprise you then you will become target for entire management as they will give you poor rating every time their R&R policy totally based on manager recommendations not client based to only those will get rewards who is favourite of manager

1-5 days working & Hybrid model for working from office. 2- Job Security, Even in COVID-19 peak period there was no lay off. 3- Internet Reimbursement (Max-750)

...nterms of salary and position. 2- Unrealistic deadlines and pressure as well. 3-Even if you are working hard and give your 100% you will not get pramotion and salary hike, reason-: Tell me what additional you have done? 4-Company is still stuck with Acting AM (Assistant manager) thing, for eg-some of the employees are still hold the official position as Senior Associate and the roles and responsibilities are of Assistant Manager they are still working with a hope that they will get pramotion. 4- Extended working hours without pay & the deadlines are like you will have to complete it at any cost. 5- Again if you as an Individual working hard and on the other side there are some non performing employees who literally don't care about work then once you are done with your part of work you will have to complete their work as well.( With no appreciation)

...perienced by women staff from the time of transition, specially after new HOD! Vistra is ready to Pay highest salaries to such leaders , but not ready to give satisfactory increments to ground level staff who are actually taking care of the work ! Giving finance in the hands of Indian management and hiring non-professional , Non-finance staff on higher position to manage it, was one of worst decision ever !!! Now days they started hiring people with fake job description about (SAP mixing with AP&AR Nov 2022 to July 2022).

Responsibilities of AM are imposed on Senior Associate Told to work EXTRAORDINARY at the ORDINARY Salary Low appraisals are given. Salary for the new Joiners is high but no salary benefit for the existing employees Manager keeps on imposing tasks which he can do by himself Keeping unrealistic deadlines
