Absolutely terrible company. No communication from manager or HR. Lowest in industry salary for extremely well performing individuals. They don't give you any work for 6 months and then lay you off with immediate effect. No growth no learning opportunities. Only flase dreams during onboarding. Ruined my career.

This company is a waste. Don't ruin your career by joining them. I joined as an HR Lead, but they assigned me recruiter tasks, only sourcing, and excessive unnecessary work. I relocated from Bangalore to Kochi, but within two weeks, they blocked my account without notice. The next day, they held a team call using another team member's ID and claimed my performance was poor, demanding my immediate resignation. What kind of management and organization is this? Every candidate who joined has left within a year, which speaks volumes about the company's culture." Advise : don't join & later don't regret 🙏 Vistas global nonsense

If one has to learn product development this is where you got to be. This experience has added highest value to my resume. It's Monday to Friday working.

Dislikes

This is not for professionals coming from service industry. Company has specific expectation in terms of knowledge and attitude and they are very particular about it. While you can add a lot of value to your resume, learning becomes a must here.
