-Morning office time is fixed but no fixed time to leave the office. -You have to work on sundays even on 2nd October. -Production Hod is the worst one, don’t have manners, can even abuse you in front of others. -Only one decision maker-Director -Micromanagement and 0% job security. -Worst environment and work culture.

Management is supportive, one gets lot of things to learn.No micromanagement, good bonuses, employee engagement activities, culture is nothing less than any good multinational company and most importantly job security is here.
