...reer growth is cared by company. Work life balance is depends on type of role. Pay is something which I cannot comment but I feel it's pay is not upto market standards.

Pros : Great working culture and work life balance. Cons : Compensation for few designations is lower than the market.

Dislikes

There are more support or managing projects rather than the development ones and compensation or pay scale is lower.

its an employee centric organization but it ultimately boils down to the management

The VP and a GM of TSSI Network are pathetic to work with, they are just interested in savings and nothing else, they are literally puppets of on shore team, team in Italy throws the garbage to them and they just accept is with pride and transfer it to their sub ordinates. Attrition rate in tssi network is almost 40%

Very nice company infact best company I would say. Good work life balance, good hikes, best management, flexible working hours, no pressure atleast in GBIS. More number of leaves. Resource friendly.

Dislikes

No challenging work in few opcos but otherwise rest everything is fine.
