Lots of dirty politics, toxic work culture, only a certain zone belt are recognised, very pathetic way of team management. Other branch does not have any visibility of the regional offices. kind of very unruly behaviour with south indians.

They don't respect women , if any male staff misbehave with females then females are asked to leave the team or manage with the manager's behavior if not then they make the female employee to put resign.

Office timings and manager behavior, they remove employees as per manager gets angry if we open up and speak or tell anything they put multiple times on PIP, its true, simply they put employees and send PIP mail and remove. force us to resign from our end.

When i was joined in 31 jan 2024 i dont get my joining letter In feedback meeting Dr Aastha miss behave with me and kicked out from my job And i dont get my joining letter and the kicking out my job letter without any reason I want to justice

You can work on both frontend and backend. There was hybrid model before but now they are moving towards wfo. Benefits of gym and medical insurance.

No Saturday off. HR said that they will close working on Saturday in 2-3 months. But they have lied about this to every employee during joining. No appraisal.
