Everything fine good and speed 😊salary is decent is first starting month have some problems but company solves quickly now I am satisfied thank you 😊

nothing... no job security... entire environment of the organization is very negative... ppl here have dual faces..... no job satisfaction

politics, unethical work culture, no job security, harassment in name of PIP, no support from juniors or colleagues, seniors are busy with dirty politics... most toughest part is that even higher management does not take any action inspite of numerous complaints... and finance is most terrible department to work with... so kindly think twice before accepting the offer letter that too from finance department.

Vision Spring is an International NGO which is currently working in 5-6 countries and it's main head office at new york in USA.In India head office at Noida, Delhi. Organization is primary working on Eye health care. Recently Organization has received Great place to work award.In this organization I am working as Team support and Data management post since almost 4 years.

It's working to fine, but want to change for learn more technical things.

Freedom to work( in all the other department except finance department )

Complete politics in finance department, finance director and manger plays dirty politics on below the team members as they don't wish themselves to work even for a day in a week , they consider it as it is their own home, goes to home in between office hours to take care of children's. Even go to home towns and mark present. Morning meetings are done to harass the team members.Higher management listen to only director/manager.
