Working with Devdiscourse, a wing of VisionRI Connexion Services has been a horrible experience for me. Did not like anything about the office but the admin, my supervisor and some of the office staffs. Though the news sector, Devdiscourse is good with some deserving persons in the team, the management is absolutely flawed...

Dislikes

... I was not even given paid leaves or medical leaves while I was down with fever. The Management said nothing about the leaves and ruthlessly cut down my salary to almost nothing! I had to leave the company in less than a month!!! So, think wisely before you decide to join the company.

nothing, horrible. company shut down in 1 or 2 month.

Dislikes

horrible working place No job security. unprofessionally screaming and misbehavior with employees, with very bad language. MD always thinks, employees are there to scam him, no trust on anyone. Dislikes local people from Sonipat, says they are unethical. He himself is unethical. lack of corporate ethics and behavior in owner.

Company give 10-20% appraisal to all employees.

Promotions - Good

Dislikes

Every year company terminate few employees to cost cutting and distribute their salary to balance employees as appraisal. Company terminate 10 employees with me in COVID 2nd wave without any reason.

The company should stop hiring sub standard local staff who have been fired for their incompetence and inability to deliver as per the expectations of the firm. Recently the company has brought major shift in ensuring the same which is why a lot of bad reviews are coming in from those fired.

VisionRI is a internationally recognized multi domain PMC company. Its a 3rd ranking company in PMC business. I was in Afghanistan almost 1.5 year. The company is good and professionally managed. My experience was good.
