There is no co-ordination to the team leader so that's why I left for visionet and salary issues I mean before I work in weekends also but my team leader that attendends sheet not submitted to hr so we loss that salary and work pressure.

We had a very good fun loving team, helped me to work under pressure with pleasure. Superiors were very supportive and guided me in improving my skills. Bit of politics raises up here and there, it's common in corporate world... So have to handle it.

Dislikes

Job security is not assurred as all the private companies. Salary scale is too low compared to the other companies in the market. Has only less scope to learn. Appraisal won't happen on assured time. Their HR systems are very poor, they need to work on stabilizing the HR systems. The old management is quite concerned about the employees and worked on the strategy to increase the business by motivating employees. but the new management is worse in that. Very rigid work schedule, less employee benefits. Lack work life balance.

...ork life balance. 3) No job security, they can kick you out if you are on bench. 4) They will make you work extra hours and extra days but would never pay you for those extra hours. 5) No facilities provided by the company, terrible laptops and internet in the office. 6) They charge their customers heavily but try to hire their developers very cheap and with no benefits. 7) You will always be undervalued here, no matter how hard you work or how skilled you are. Their only evaluation criteria is how good you are at fooling their clients into giving them projects.

Work work work if not complete the target means extend the shift, and working weekends also no pay if company need also no pay, no fun activities and no celebrations if festival day no activities, please find better feature in other company.

Telling 15k salary and they give very less pay nd will give a loads f work to do and will make people to work extra hours nd there won't be a xtra pay... They will xtra 1k for night shift nd very few pay for working in weekends...
